Durlston Music School hosted auditions for the National Children’s Choir of Great Britain. We welcomed Dan Ludford Thomas, Head of Vocal Music Dulwich College and Music Director of the NCCGB to Durlston for a day of auditions. A number of children came and sang, including pupils from Durlston.
Congratulations to all who applied and auditioned, especially our Year 6 and Year 7 pupils who were both offered places in the National Children's Choir Great Britain Blue Choir for 2025. This is a huge achievement, and Dan was impressed with their confidence and musicality.
